Frank and Lorraine are the husband-and-wife team behind F & L Carpet Cleaning. After 46 years together, including more than two decades living in Denmark, they bring a strong partnership, local knowledge and a friendly, well-coordinated approach to every job.
Frank is professionally trained in carpet and upholstery cleaning, advanced stain removal, hot-water extraction and low-moisture encapsulation cleaning. F & L Carpet Cleaning is also a member of the Carpet Cleaning Association of WA, reflecting the business’s commitment to professional standards and quality workmanship.
Together, Frank and Lorraine take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, with careful attention to detail and customer satisfaction at the heart of every job.
OUR PROCESS
1. Enquiry and Free Quote
Contact us to discuss your cleaning requirements. Where required, we will arrange an inspection and provide a personalised, free, no-obligation quote, including any recommended preparation, cleaning method and approximate service time.
2. Professional Cleaning
Once the quote is accepted, we will arrange a suitable time to complete the work professionally and efficiently. Payment can be made by EFTPOS on completion, or an invoice can be issued for payment by bank transfer.
3. Final Check and Aftercare
Once the cleaning is complete, we will conduct a final check and provide any relevant drying and aftercare advice.
